I started off working for the Public School System as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, eventually becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor and later training as a Life Optimization Coach opening my own business Abundant Life Consulting. Through this time I've developed a variety of skills enabling me to help those I work with lead more productive, healthier, and happier lives.
