I have been a counselor for over 30 years helping many individuals, families, and couples deal with the pressures of life. I provide a warm, comfortable, caring space for clients to feel safe and able to process issues causing distress. My experience, understanding and compassion help my clients heal.

I have worked in the Mental Health Industry since 1999. I started off working for the Public School System as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, eventually becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor and later training as a Life Optimization Coach opening my own business Abundant Life Consulting. Through this time I've developed a variety of skills enabling me to help those I work with lead more productive, healthier, and happier lives.
