The intention of my work is to help you to feel empowered, authentic, connected to Spirit, and to foster healing through actively creating balance and harmony in your life. My practice goals are to help alleviate suffering, support positive transformation, and to show you the beauty that you are. I will also help you to explore and then to integrate beneficial and meaningful spirituality into your everyday life. I will support you to create the dream that your soul is asking you to manifest in your life.

I mostly work with clients living and loving in unconventional ways (including artists, entrepreneurs, highly sensitive people & spiritual types) and work to cultivate a safe place for all people, most frequently working with clients in queer, ethically non-monogamous, & kinky relationships. Most of my clients are wanting to work on issues mostly unrelated to but within the context of these communities and lifestyles, and are tired of spending so much time explaining the context to therapists unfamiliar with their world. I also work with folks looking to explore these aspects of themselves for the first time.

I offer compassionate, trauma-informed online therapy for individuals seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful change. My practice is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based therapy, and I am certified in Compassionate Inquiry®, a trauma-informed approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that supports deep emotional processing and nervous system regulation. Clients often reach out when they feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or ready to move beyond survival patterns related to anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, grief, or trauma. Therapy with me is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in safety, helping clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and build lasting emotional resilience.

My practice of MindOverHealing Therapies is dedicated to supporting and helping individuals achieve holistic mind-body-spirit healing so they can break through barriers and be empowered to experience life's possibilities. At this time, I offer online therapy sessions where clients can receive sessions in the comfort of their homes.
