I help guide, inform, and inspire individuals to feel more confident about their life and choices. I do this by using a knowledge based approach which utilizes research based tools, techniques, nutrition, and my experience to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have worked in the Mental Health Industry since 1999. I started off working for the Public School System as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, eventually becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor and later training as a Life Optimization Coach opening my own business Abundant Life Consulting. Through this time I've developed a variety of skills enabling me to help those I work with lead more productive, healthier, and happier lives.
