I talk about self-criticism, often how we express self-esteem, with all of my clients. Every. Single. One. As a millennial or Gen Zer, I know it can be challenging to navigate interpersonal relationships, social media, and career/school stress without feeling a negative impact on your self-esteem and confidence. Therapy can be a great place to work on your self-compassion and become more empowered and self-assured.

I work with individuals to explore their unhelpful beliefs, strengths and gifts with a goal of building a healthier sense of self.
