I will start by teaching you self-hypnosis and assigning you to practice it several times per day. We will do a lot of visualization - mental practice - in and out of hypnosis. We will also work with the anxieties that you experience as an athlete, both in practice and in performance, and address the particularities with hypnosis, self-hypnosis, Core Transformation, and Wholeness. I have helped a number of athletes to better, smoother, less anxious performance, including one national champion (fencing).
