In some cases, trauma-clearing needs to happen in order to move forward, and in those cases, we would use a hypnotic regression back to the cause so we can clear the root cause and end the looping pattern. Each case is different but the majority of clients excel when they clear layers to arrive at the truth (dharma) and we then use a combination of visualizing that future, along with sustaining elevated emotions, until it becomes our reality.
