Over the past six years, I have worked with clients on how impulsive behaviors have impacted them socially, emotionally, and mentally. As part of my approach, we look for the reason to be impulsive, and ways to challenge this behavior with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strengths Based Therapy.
