Kevin Brown, Therapy in Mindfulness

Counselor/Therapist, LPC
You're here because you're feeling stressed, stuck, or simply wanting to grow—and I’m here to help. Together, we will navigate the internal and external challenges you’re facing, so you can move through them with greater ease and clarity. In our work, your feelings, process, and perspective will be validated and supported in a safe, compassionate space. And sometimes, we don’t always see or understand what we truly need. My approach to therapy helps you develop the skills to navigate relational and emotional challenges while deepening your understanding of what may be missing and how to meet those needs. Life is already hard enough—you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to offer you a safe, skillful, and supportive space so you don’t have to.

Seattle, Washington therapist: Weston Pew, licensed professional counselor
Existential / Humanistic Therapy

Weston Pew

Licensed Professional Counselor, LMHC, LCPC
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the understanding that seeking therapy is a life-changing decision that requires courage to face your deepest fears and wounds. I guide clients through a process grounded in awareness, creativity, curiosity, and compassion, helping them access their inner gifts for healing and growth. Each session unfolds in three phases: assessment, exploration, and embodiment, allowing us to reflect on where you’ve been, uncover new insights, and integrate meaningful change. My work is integrative, addressing the body, heart, mind, and soul to foster emotional resilience and creative vision. By weaving these dimensions together, I help clients cultivate strength, emotional resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose and connection.

New York City, New York therapist: Dr. Stéphanie Gamache, PhD, hypnotherapist
Existential / Humanistic Therapy

Dr. Stéphanie Gamache, PhD

Hypnotherapist, PhD
My work is rooted in a deep interest in how early relational and emotional experience shapes our capacity for self-regulation, connection, desire, and meaning throughout life. I am particularly interested in how people come to know what they need and want, how they learn to express or inhibit those impulses, and what happens when these capacities become conflicted, constricted, or difficult to sustain. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly composed, yet internally experience anxiety, low mood, chronic tension or pain, self-criticism, or a sense that something essential is blocked, muted, or inaccessible. These struggles may show up in mood, behavior, the body, or in relationships-including sexuality and intimacy-but they are rarely limited to any one area. Rather, they reflect deeper emotional and relational patterns formed early in life, often before words, that continue to shape how a person approaches closeness, vulnerability, agency, pleasure, and self-expression. My work integrates psychoanalytic psychotherapy, hypnosis, somatic awareness, and clinical sexology within a reflective, depth-oriented process. Hypnosis is used as a central clinical tool to support deeper internal contact and to access emotional, bodily, and unconscious material that can be difficult to reach through conversation alone. I am interested not only in relieving symptoms-such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or behavioral patterns-but in helping people develop a more coherent and compassionate relationship with their inner life: their sensations, emotions, impulses, and desires. This work is oriented toward lasting psychological change and greater freedom in how one relates to oneself, one’s body, and one’s capacity for connection, authenticity, and vitality.

Minneapolis, Minnesota therapist: Allen Wood, psychologist
Existential / Humanistic Therapy

Allen Wood

Psychologist, Psy.D.
I'm a psychologist with expertise in working with anxiety, depression, dissociation, and the full range of traumatic experiences and specialize in supporting clients who feel that therapy isn't for them. In working with me you can expect a high level of collaboration, dedication to your success, and lots of nerdy metaphors. I draw from interpersonal neurobiology, developmental psychology, and attachment theory to make evidence-based therapy models less generic and more useful for your specific situation.
