Approach Description: I call my practice Therapy in Mindfulness because in a world filled with stressors, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Sometimes, we simply need support to navigate a challenging time—facing something unfamiliar, experiencing emotions we’ve never felt before, or struggling with patterns we can’t seem to change no matter how hard we try. Mindfulness is a key tool in our work together, helping to cultivate awareness of what may be unconscious or just outside of reach. By bringing gentle attention to your present experience, we uncover deeper insights, recognize recurring patterns, and explore new ways to meet your needs. Through this process, therapy becomes a space for self-discovery, where you can develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and move through life with greater clarity and ease.
