Clearly set and maintain boundaries in a way that is kind to yourself and others. Confidently ask for what you want, and declare what you need — without feeling guilty. Develop a strong, positive sense of self that is balanced and well-rounded. Connect with your intuition, and learn to listen to it. Cultivating a positive sense of self may not be easy, but it can be simple!
