I believe each person comes to therapy with their own story, strengths, experiences, and understanding of the world. You are the expert on the life you’ve lived. I bring my clinical experience, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore that life alongside you.
Change doesn’t always happen in a straight line. Sometimes we know exactly where we want to go, and sometimes figuring out the destination is part of the journey. Wherever you are when we meet, that’s where we’ll begin.
