Confronting pain takes bravery and self-awareness, but you don't have to do it alone. With the right support, meaningful, lasting change is possible. I've run a private practice since 2016, drawing on a blend of Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This means I can work practically, with clear tools and strategies, while also exploring the deeper narratives and beliefs that shape how you see yourself and others. My approach is relational and collaborative. I work with empathy to help you examine the stories you carry, about yourself and, where relevant, about others. Many clients arrive having built strong defences over years, often shaped by difficult upbringings or unresolved trauma. My role is to create a space where those defences can soften enough for real change to take hold. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I spent over 20 years as Director of my own company. That experience gives me genuine insight into the pressures of professional and business life, and I often work with people who are highly successful by external measures but privately struggling, helping them navigate what success alone doesn't resolve.
