Alexis Smith
Pre-Licensed Professional, MHC-LP
What makes my practice unique is the way I integrate evidence-based care with a deeply collaborative, person-centered approach. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be fully themselves, understood without judgment, and supported in a way that honors their autonomy, values, and lived experience.
I work from a place of curiosity, respect, and cultural sensitivity. I always meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy using various modalities to fit each person’s needs, goals, and emotional experiences.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to navigate what they are going through. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your emotional world so that you can begin responding to life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I also prioritize accessibility and convenience by offering fully virtual therapy, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. With flexible scheduling, therapy can be integrated into your life in a way that feels realistic and supportive rather than overwhelming.
If you are looking for a therapeutic space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful change that aligns with who you are and what matters to you, I would be honored to work with you.

Louise Perry
Registered Psychotherapist, IFS UKCP HCCP
I've spent over thirty years helping people make sense of complexity.
Today I work as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, helping people make the invisible visible. Whether someone comes because they're anxious, overwhelmed, caught in painful relationship patterns or simply feels stuck, I'm interested in helping them understand themselves more clearly by noticing the patterns they couldn't previously see.
Before retraining as a psychotherapist, I spent many years in design and technology. That background continues to shape how I work. I'm naturally curious about patterns, systems and the relationships between different parts of a person's life. Sometimes we simply talk. Sometimes images, objects or simple creative materials help make sense of experiences that words alone can't fully describe. There is never any expectation to be artistic.
I work in an active, collaborative way. I won't rush you towards solutions, but neither will I sit back and simply listen. Together we'll become curious about what's happening beneath the surface so that, once those patterns become visible, different choices become possible.

Peter Linden
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, Certified Gestalt Therapist
As an AuDHD man with learning disabilities, I had an experience growing up that is all too familiar within the neurodivergent community. Often feeling misunderstood and out of place, I was faced with indifference, ignorance, neglect, gaslighting, shame, and the assumption that I could navigate a world that was not built for me without the support I so badly needed. Lonely, adrift, and struggling to find a sense of belonging, I was cast aside and left to fend for myself.
After a series of negative experiences with mental health resources and support, I found my way to a couples therapist in 2014. There, I discovered Gestalt therapy while experiencing the gifts of love, kindness, safety, acceptance, curiosity, and flow. Through embodied awareness and responding, rather than reacting, I came to trust my innate power, humanity, body, and the certainty of the earth.
In 2019, I began studying Gestalt therapy following the unexpected end of my marriage. Amidst despair, sorrow, sadness, loneliness, and grief, I discovered a vehicle that challenged me in all domains of existence. Here, I grieved, faced impermanence, and gradually co-created the scaffolding from which I could emerge in a more embodied way as an AuDHD man, human being, and partner.
As I found life again, I became increasingly aware of the profound suffering experienced by neurodivergent people. Endless demands that we grind away in search of acceptance, love, and certainty left us adrift, performing, deadened, and increasingly separate in an ableist world.
Through Gestalt therapy, I continued to experience connectedness, belonging, compassion, the wonder of curiosity, and love itself. I finally found spontaneity, playfulness, and excitement in relation to myself, other people, and even existence itself.
With this mission, I founded Welcome Home Healing in 2023. Since then, I have had the honor of joining people as they awaken, live, and emerge into their humanity within the unfolding now.
