In my experience anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges were easily overlooked due to my age, and gender. The unspoken assumption that there were “bigger problems” to deal with, left me feeling overwhelmingly defeated. I quickly realized that with a safe space I could process the pressure of cookie-cutter life paths and highlight reels. I developed a stronger sense of confidence to cut through the noise and honor my own needs with greater self-love. I hope to provide the same space for you!
