My work blends trauma-informed hypnotherapy with grounded, compassionate guidance. You remain aware and in control at all times. Together, we work at a pace that respects your body’s wisdom. We focus on rebuilding self-trust, strengthening emotional regulation, and cultivating a sense of inner safety that is not dependent on performance, productivity, or approval.
I am especially passionate about supporting those who have spent years proving, holding everything together, or caring for everyone else — while quietly feeling exhausted inside.
