I have experienced my own process of moving through old patterns, becoming more deeply connected to myself, learning to listen to my body and intuition, and discovering that healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who we truly are. I consider myself both a therapist and an intuitive healer and guide. I bring my clinical training and professional experience together with a deep trust in intuition, the wisdom of the body, and the idea that there is often more happening beneath the surface than what we can immediately see or explain. I pay attention not only to what you tell me, but also to what I sense may be asking for attention within the therapeutic space.
