As a therapist, supervisor, and professor, I lead with courageous dialogue and radical curiosity. One of the greatest honors of my life is serving as a "healer for the healers." I believe that therapists and pastors deserve the same sanctuary they provide for others—a place where they can lay down the mantle of leadership and find their own path to restoration.
When I am not in the therapy room or the classroom, I am often finding my own balance: lifting weights, enjoying live music with my wife, or finding a moment of quiet with a book and my Goldendoodle, Comet.
