I have expanded into medical hypnosis, removing symptoms of seemingly incurable conditions when doctors have given up on their patients and helping people deal with chronic pain. I've studied "Hypno-Oncology" enabling me to support patients on their Cancer journey, helping with pain, depression, and the various side effects of Cancer treatment. Studies have shown that Hypnosis can strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, among many other things. I have worked with many clients who had been in therapy for decades and were unable to get relief from their issues only to completely overcome them in one or two sessions of hypnosis. Certainly, in our stressful times hypnosis has become the go to treatment for anxiety of all sorts. – A 30 min Informed Consent Meeting is required prior to starting therapy. This meeting is at no cost and consists of explanation of legal disclosures, practice billing and schedule processes, and discussing course of treatment to determine fit and appropriateness for utilizing telehealth.

– Current caseload is capped at 10 total clients per week, which allows more intentional and targeted attention to treatment

– Sessions are scheduled in 6 week sets – sessions can be set up weekly or bi-monthly

– $1,450 for set of 6 sessions to be paid at schedule of first appointment (as a one time payment in full, or half at first, half prior to 4th appointment).

– While Dr. Lynema does not participate with insurance or direct bill to a 3rd party, a superbill can be provided for client to submit to insurance or HSA (insurance will reimburse directly to the client at out of network rate)
