I am co-founder and partner at West Morris Psychological Associates and a NJ licensed psychologist. I treat individuals of all ages for a variety of mental health concerns, including: Adjustment Difficulties, Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Child/Teen Behavioral Problems, Depression, Life Transitions, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Parent-child conflict, Panic Disorder, Parenting Strategies, Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Social Skills, and Trauma. Treatment methods include individual, family, and group therapies. All treatment begins with an initial intake assessment, from which you and I decide collaboratively on an appropriate treatment plan. Here at West Morris Psychological Associates, it is our goal to provide you with caring, compassionate, and comprehensive psychological care. We realize how important it is to begin treatment in a timely way and try to schedule new patients as quickly as possible to start the intake and treatment process.

My practice focuses on helping you restore peace and integrate your experiences so you can have resolution and move forward in your life with confidence. If your child has been traumatized, I can work with you to help your child, because you are the most important person in your child's life. When you work with me, you can expect to become more connected with yourself and more connected with your children and others you love.

I love the work that I do and connecting with my clients in a relatable way. I enjoy providing a space for them where they can truly be themselves. I am an EMDR therapist that specializes in working with women of color that are struggling with anxiety, depression , and/or trauma. EMDR therapy is a type of therapy that allows you to go deeper for deeper healing by using the power of your brain and body, together with your mind.
