I am a Psychologist and a certified yoga teacher. I take a wholistic approach to therapy with a slightly spiritual bent. I believe in the mind-body connection and encourage mindfulness and meditation if clients feel comfortable with it. I work with people to change their unhealthy thoughts and to relax their body.

As a late-diagnosed ADHD neuropsychologist, I am happy to offer neuro-affirming evaluations for adults seeking assessment for autism and/or ADHD. My goal is to assess you in your own safe space while I am in mine! Testing sessions and reports are strengths-based, focusing on your unique neurotype instead of pathologizing traits.
