Women face unique challenges when it comes to mental health and relationships. From societal pressure to conform to traditional gender roles to the physical and hormonal changes associated with pregnancy and menopause, women often struggle with issues that impact their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. To address these challenges, it's essential to approach women's issues holistically, taking into account the whole person and the various factors that contribute to their individual mental health. This includes examining the underlying emotional and psychological issues, exploring body sensations, and developing strategies that promote self-care and self-compassion. By working with a holistic approach, women can gain a deeper understanding of their mental health and relationship concerns, identifying and addressing the root causes of issues that impact their well-being. This approach includes traditional therapies and complementary practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and movement. By taking a comprehensive approach to women's mental health, we can empower women to lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.

Women are the victims of the notion of, 'Strong Woman'. Women, physically endure way more than men, and experience a roller-coaster of hormones which men can't even imagine. Despite this women struggle, due to the expectation of being able to multitask and cope with it all, because "you are a strong woman". Women need self-care way more than men, women need sleep for longer hours than men, women need to redefine their roles and expectations, or else you will continue to be caught in the cycle of blame, shame, and guilt. Be aware that you are not alone, if you are struggling with:
-Stress from relationships
-In-laws, postpartum depression
- Work life balance
- Dating
- Trust issues
- Low confidence or self-esteem
- Motherhood
This is a safe space for you to open about your struggles, and we will work together towards elevating you to your best space.

I completed my dissertation in 1996 while living in California; the topic of my paper was Women's Experience of the Descent into the Unconscious. Descent means a drop into the unconscious where we can experience a shattering or unravelling of our inner structure or identity. This inner collapse is usually experienced as a crisis and is mirrored in the external world as our life falls apart. This can leave us bereft of any sense of stability or sense of self. It can be abrupt or a slow unravelling that takes place over time where we notice a loss in vitality and spontaneity and increasing levels of depression and/or anxiety. Unrecognized and unattended, it can lead to feelings of hopelessness, a loss of confidence and increasing difficulties coping with life.

Throughout their lives, women face many life changes. Some experiences can open or leave imprints that result in behaviours, perspectives or even health issues that interfere with personal goals, create negative loops or find them lacking in coping skills with issues such as body dysmorphia, cutting, gender identity, rape, trauma, PTSD, dating, fertility, pregnancy, parenting, weight, menopause, abusive relationships, addiction, disorders and career fulfillment. If you find yourself dealing with any of these issues, hypnosis is an effective and safe method to address and remove these challenges.
