I follow an integrative treatment approach including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Intervention includes evidence-based treatment plans and empirically proven techniques. The focus of the treatment is on empowering the client with an adaptive thinking style and more effective coping skills to deal with symptoms and the surrounding environment. The goal of the treatment is to the enhancement of well-being and improve experience of overall quality of life.

Subsequently, treatment goals are collaboratively determined, and a treatment plan is tailored considering specific life situations, struggles, stressors, and personal strengths of the client.
