Rom Malik
Registered Psychotherapist, M.Ed., R.P.
I do not offer standard Career Counselling with a battery of tests for assessment of personality, skills, and areas of career potential--I leave that to those with that specialization. The Career Counselling I offer is focused on a deeper dive into helping you discover who you are, what your natural talents are, deal with the pressures you may be facing from external sources to pursue a particular career from not knowing what you want. Helping you understand yourself better is the first step to getting into the field you will love to work in. I have helped many, from teenagers to adults, who feel lost about which career path to take and those who might want to transition to a more fulfilling field.

Kevin Greene, Health & Happiness: Counselling and Wellness
Registered Psychotherapist, Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology
Understanding how to manage your career can be a challenge, as can switching careers. Before becoming a Registered Psychotherapist I worked for 15+ years in corporate technology sales and held many different jobs. I also transitioned myself from that industry to where I am now ... and have never looked back! I would be happy to try and help you determine your goals and then create a realistic path to achieving them.

Dr. Tali Shenfield
Psychologist, PhD, C.Psych.
I offer career advice based on psychological analysis of personality and aptitude. My proprietary Multimodal career counselling system (MCCS) involves three 50-minute interactive work sessions with a psychologist, completion of several questionnaires at home, as well as the counselors work on analysis, scoring, and interpretation. The student and his/her parents are then invited for a feedback session where the results will be presented to them and options will be discussed.
Unlike other career counseling services (e.g. school or employment counselling) which typically use one standard test, the MCCS offers a unique combination of three specialized psychological tests (personality, aptitude, and interests) in conjunction with client-oriented psychological exploration. This system measures students' relative strengths in several aptitude areas, indirectly explores their personal interests and preferences, and assesses personality traits related to satisfaction in different work environments. Based on a thorough analysis of these results, the vocational areas that satisfy these three factors are then selected. In addition, the method offers client-centered guidance based on the identified career options and the current stage of the student in his/her career development.
