I enjoy working with Veterans and college students, I have an extensive background working with substance use issues, and I am certified in CBT for chronic pain. I focus on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space for adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues. My goal is to help clients explore what’s holding them back and build practical strategies to move forward. Additionally, I endeavor to help my clients feel more grounded, clear, and empowered. I accept Highmark, Optum, Aetna, and UPMC commercial insurance and I am happy to help with reimbursement for out-of-network clients. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify that I am in-network if they would like to use insurance benefits, especially if located outside of Pennsylvania.
