I am experienced in supporting clients with diagnosed Personality Disorders.  

As a result of ongoing training and a lasting interest in personality development Peter Gibbons and Adri Hunt focussed on causes and treatment of Personality disorders. They have a sound theoretical background and have run a weekly Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Group since 2010. They have sound experience in dealing with Borderline Personality Disorders (emotionally reactive), Avoidant (socially anxious), Compulsive (emotionally restricted), Narcissistic (disrupted sense of self) , Dependent (fearful and needy) and Histrionic (socially sensitive) to name a few simplified core states with which clients may struggle.  

I have the most experience working with people who have borderline personality disorder (BPD), although I have some experience with people who have other personality disorder diagnoses. BPD affects everyone differently. Many people with BPD have experienced severe trauma and may also experience PTSD, but not everyone. Regardless of your diagnosis, I am here to hear your story and help you to develop better relationships, improve responses to distress, and gain more peace in life.
