Suzanne

Registered Psychotherapist, MCouns
I offer a steady, compassionate presence as we explore your inner world together, getting to know the parts of you that have worked hard to keep you safe, and gently uncovering the deeper patterns that may have shaped how you move through life. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches, which means we work with both the mind and the body. Together, we create the safety and space needed to turn toward what's happening inside — with curiosity rather than judgment. Many of the people I work with are navigating self-doubt, relationship challenges, stress, or long-held emotional patterns — including the weight of generational burdens carried quietly over the years. Whether you're coming as an individual or as a couple, I honour the courage it takes to begin this work. I work with: Adults (individuals) and couples Areas of focus: Inner critic, self-doubt, relationship challenges, stress, generational trauma, emotional patterns Ready to take the first step? Counsellor/Therapist, Gestalt Psychotherapist, PACFA Certified Counsellor, Life Coach
I am a PACFA certified counsellor and Gestalt psychotherapist based in Sydney, Australia. My specialty is working with women who are experiencing anxiety, stuckness or emotional dysregulation and who are ready to begin to understand themselves and their needs; and in turn cultivate greater calm, vitality and ease both in their body and in their lives. I blend Gestalt Therapy, Polyvagal Theory and parts work to provide a holistic, relational, integrated approach to healing, growth and change. Through my own experience navigating life as a devoted wife and mother; I understand the complexities and challenges that come with meeting the needs of others whilst also learning to identify, articulate and meet my own. I learned to do so with the support of a kind, compassionate, resonate therapist. It is now my privilege to pass on the flame and provide other women with a safe space to feel heard and be seen and I love nothing more than to guide women on a powerful and life-changing journey towards self-acceptance, self-love and self-empowerment. Gregory Poll

Registered Psychotherapist, MA
I am a qualified Gestalt and Somatic psychotherapist, as well as a clinical supervisor. I am specialising in working with people who have experienced early childhood developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Using a blend of modalities, I tap into personal awareness, freedom, and self-direction. My attention is focused on an intuitive, creative, and spontaneous process that centres on what is happening in the present moment between me and the client. Working somatically, I focus on the connection between the MIND and BODY to address mental and emotional health issues, especially trauma. "Inner Child" work is one of my key passions, and it plays a significant role in shaping my therapeutic approach. My focus on trauma is addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms. My Philosophy... "It is not essential what happened to us in the PAST; what matters most is how we make sense of it NOW."
