Anna Dafna

Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work. My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating. Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress. My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation. Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD. Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent. Bowral, New South Wales therapist: Amna Pervaiz, registered psychotherapist
Serving Women

Amna Pervaiz

Registered Psychotherapist, Bachelors in Applied Psychology, Advanced Clinical Training in Contemporary Gestalt therapy.
My name is Amna, I am originally from Pakistan. Being an extrovert, I get energy from having meaningful conversations. That is one of the reasons my work is my passion. I have been practicing counselling for 7 years with my training in Gestalt therapy. I work with people, offer support to explore life and help create safe space to explore their options to bring a positive change. My experience includes working with people with anxieties, stress, depression, relationships issues, post-partum depression and grief. My professional training, and my own personal journey of therapy, have played a pivotal role for me to heal from my past traumas and helped me pave the path for the life I want to live. Through this process, I have understood the power of transformation that can occur within therapeutic relationships, and how it can support to build a new relationship with our own selves. I am excited to work with you, to support you through your life journey. I can offer therapy in English, Urdu and Punjabi.

Kangaroo Flat, Victoria therapist: Sebastian Kitchen, registered psychotherapist

Sebastian Kitchen

Registered Psychotherapist, PACFA Registered Member 32932
I want my clients to get the most out of therapy, so that, as soon as possible, they no longer need therapy. Foremost in how I work is the establishment of as much safety as is reasonably possible and a strong collaborative alliance. I bring my full being to meet clients where they are at and walk with them to where they want to be. I work with you to tap into and develop your own innate capacities for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing. Whether it is trauma, grief and loss, or relational, emotional or life purpose issues, I help you get to the root cause of your experience and connect to it in a powerful, transformative way. The parable of teaching a person to fish can apply here. Together we will catch some fish and address the immediate problems, but ultimately you will be better at fishing yourself, so you will carry the gifts of therapy with you long after we stop working together. I chose the path of psychotherapy because I wanted to address the root cause of suffering and find a way to be of meaningful service. It is a deeply transformative and fulfilling path. There is something about being with another in therapy that leaves me never quite the same as when I entered the session. As such, my work brings me life, just as I endeavour the same for my clients. If this is resonating with you, I encourage you to contact me for a free consultation call.

John Castleford

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring. I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders. We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control. Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression. Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was. I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
