I have worked in Mental Heath services for over nine years , helping people manage their emotional health and wellbeing. Our sessions will be empowering, liberating and can even be life changing, giving you the opportunity to gain the confidence to make positive changes to uncover your full potential.
My therapy style is warm and interactive and the pace will always be set by you. I am passionate about delivering exceptional care and the promotion of emotional wellbeing, with extensive experience of working in a range of various settings including NHS, Corporate, and Private Practice.
I understand each person is unique&I tailor-make sessions for each individual I am working with.I work using both time limited sessions or open ended, allowing us to work as flexibly as you require. Well, no one said it would be easy. Or did they? If so, they were wrong (or on autopilot). Its joys are limitless. Its challenges are both great and infinitely various. Sometimes the issues are about couples clarifying differing parenting styles in order to support each other and their children. Sometimes the chid or children present particular difficulties. Sometimes the burden falls on a single parent: what a shame that it is a burden. Where can support come from? Sometimes schools and other statutory services can offer obstacles rather than assistance….
I also offer Family Constellations.
I was a youth and community worker, as well as being a parent, and have worked with families with autistic children and those on the Asperger’s spectrum.
