I am a highly trained and experienced psychotherapist specializing in Integrative Art Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My approach is flexible and collaborative—therapy with me doesn’t have to involve art unless that resonates with you. I am here to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, untangle complex emotions, and create meaningful change in your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I built a successful career in design and technology. My own journey of personal growth and healing deepened my curiosity about people—what drives us, what holds us back, and what helps us thrive. This inspired me to retrain as a psychotherapist, combining my life experiences with professional expertise to support others on their journeys.
At my core, I am compassionate, empathic, and deeply committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space. While I can be direct when it’s helpful, my approach is always warm, grounded, and trustworthy.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Transactional Analysis Explores interactions through the lens of Parent, Adult, and Child roles. It aims to improve communication and self-awareness.
Approach Description: Therapy with me is a conversation, a place where you can be yourself without judgment. I won’t sit in silence, and I won’t just nod along—I’m here to really listen, reflect, and help you make sense of things.
I work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Art Psychotherapy, but you don’t need to know what those mean. What matters is that we’ll figure out what works best for you—whether that’s talking things through, exploring creative expression, or a mix of both. There’s no pressure, no right way to do therapy—just a space to explore whatever’s on your mind at a pace that feels right.
Finding the right therapist can feel daunting, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. If you’re curious, let’s have a chat and see if it feels like a good fit.

I work from a welcoming space near Regent’s Park in Central London. My practice offers two distinct settings: a cozy therapy room for talking-based sessions and a larger studio space for those who wish to explore hands-on creative work. The studio is equipped with a wide range of materials for clients to express themselves freely and without judgment.
Whether we’re talking, creating, or blending the two, my focus is on helping you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll find an approach that works best for you and your unique needs.
