The Psychology Hub is a multidisciplinary practice at North Lakes in North Brisbane. Our team includes clinical psychologists, general psychologists, educational and developmental psychologists, mental health and disability social workers, counsellors and art therapists. That range matters, because it means we can usually match you to someone whose training fits what you are actually dealing with, rather than to whoever happens to be free.
We work with babies and infants through to older adults, in clinic and online across every Australian state and territory. Appointments run from 8am to 8pm by arrangement, which helps when work or school makes daytime sessions difficult.
Alongside therapy we provide diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual functioning and adaptive functioning. You do not need a GP referral to book an assessment. Every assessment starts with a 90-minute appointment, which is the first part of the assessment itself. By the end of it your practitioner knows what your assessment needs to involve and gives you a written quote for the rest, tailored to you rather than a standard package.

Our Therapy is 'means' tested and we may offer you concessionary discounted fees when on lower incomes for counselling.
Initial assessment £79 for psychotherapy or prior online consultation for 20 mins at £45 for the nervous. Our caring work does not usually allow low finances to prevent access to therapy.

Bus-Stop is run by volunteers, which is on a first come first served basis when a volunteer is in attendance through the week. This is a two tier service and is a Free Drop-In for crisis listening and then after assessment of £20, regular counselling will be means tested priced from only £10-£40 per session and we have many therapists available there and in our local private practice with regular Psychotherapy also offered at reasonable rates.
Please Note: My work at The Lifescript Clinic of Harley Street in London, is for corporate clients only. It is priced from over £400 per session, due to location costs and my personal experience level offered, see web site. I also offer some private charitable pro-bono work, at the Drop-In service in CMK.
