Reconnect with yourself and restore inner steadiness. Many women reach a point where the way they’ve been living is no longer sustainable—for their energy, wellbeing, or the life they are ready to step into. I’m a psychotherapist supporting women who are navigating emotional trauma, burnout, and the impact of difficult relational experiences. Often this includes patterns of overgiving, self-abandonment, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My focus is on helping you make sense of what you’ve been through and understand the patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself. This is not about becoming someone new, but about reconnecting with who you are beneath what you’ve had to adapt to.

My therapy practice offers a grounded, relational space where you can slow down, feel met, and work at a pace that respects your nervous system and your story. I combine Gestalt and somatic approaches to help you build awareness, process difficult experiences, and strengthen your sense of agency in everyday life. Clients often reach out when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and want support that is practical and deeply human. If you’re looking for therapy that values meaningful change, I welcome you to make contact.

I'm passionate about supporting your personal development, hand-in-hand with nature, in service of the earth. Disconnection is a real threat to a meaningful life. And I see more and more people seeking meaning and connection in an increasingly disconnected world. I help people like you connect with themselves, with the people in their lives and with the world around them. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life all over the globe. Using a somatic, nature-based approach, I know how to help you navigate disconnection and become an embodied, more connected human. If you're someone who's feeling out of place in your world, or you're in a relationship that's struggling, I can help. We'll combine the best of therapy & coaching to bring about transformative, lasting change.
