Working together is a lot of transformation that can happen in your life. I have effectively helped many people and have specialized training to do so. At the same time growth can be difficult and sometimes things get worse before they get better. The outcome of coaching is largely dependent on your willingness and commitment to the process. You are the captain and I am the navigator. Based on your goals I can lay out where we should go. But, you ultimately determine if and how we get there.
