As one who has experienced complex trauma myself, I believe I can relate to my clients’ experiences and needs. My philosophy is no one should have to live under the shadow of trauma and how it affects the body. Trauma can be tough on survivors, but there is help and hope for healing. Most trauma victims exhibit some signs and symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This can lead to Anxiety, Depression, Disassociation, and a myriad of other mental illnesses.
