The rapidly changing situations in our society results in even greater oppression, discrimination, and wellbeing issues. Being authentic and having a sense of self sometimes is met with pressures that lead to mental health concerns. Providing a safe, judgement free space to explore all the concerns and life challenges is what I offer.
