I work with individuals (ages 16+) navigating chronic pain, trauma, dissociation, and long-standing stress. Many of the people I work with have already done a lot of thinking about themselves or tried therapy before, but still feel caught in how their body continues to respond. I help bridge the gap between insight and embodied change. Together, we focus on understanding how these patterns live in both the mind and body, using approaches that support nervous system regulation, processing of unresolved experiences, and increased connection to your internal signals. Through this work, clients often begin to experience shifts not just in how they think, but in how they feel and respond on a day-to-day level.

I currently have limited openings for discounted fees. For those using insurance, I am only in-network with United and Optum plans. I offer clients time and space to be heard with open-minded compassion & decades of experience.

I provide online therapy centered on personal growth and fulfillment. Recognizing that life's difficulties often prompt the search for a therapist, our work will address these immediate concerns while exploring the broader path to a meaningful life, uniquely defined by you. My approach integrates relational psychoanalysis, integral philosophy, and Eastern wisdom traditions, emphasizing mindfulness and compassion. I prioritize the present moment within our therapeutic relationship, using this focus as a means for reflection, insight, and transformation as we collaboratively create a space to understand the significant particular and universal experiences of your life.

I do my best to listen in the service of understanding and provide thoughtful responsiveness, which I have found helps my clients connect to their inner life and with others. Using gentle honesty and compassion, I value autonomy and collaboration to help people feel less alone while finding a sense of purpose within their lives and in the world.
