Self-esteem and confidence is something we all wish we had- but many of us don't. When did this start? How long have I been feeling this way? Where does this low confidence come from? All the questions we can explore together so we can then figure out how to work with it. Before we can know how to increase it, we first have to figure out why it's low. I'm going to be honest, the first step to finding this out can be tough, but once we know that, it will be that much easier to spot if it start sneaking low again.
I have the privilege of seeing tremendous results using my training, experience, and resources with those I have the honor of working with who have the challenge of low self-esteem.
Self-esteem can be improved through strengths-building in all aspects of the personality. I have training using Internal Family Systems to enable clients to explore the different emotional/cognitive/behavioral patterns they experience across the life experience, to create change and become more empowered and self-reliant and effective.
