My practice focuses on helping clients navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and career stress. I specialize in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, integrating psychodynamic and interpersonal theories to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
