Stress can be helpful in small, manageable doses, but in large quantities and qualities it can be quite detrimental to our overall health. Stress can come from us internally or from our external world, oftentimes it's from both. I work collaboratively with clients to help them to explore and unpack the stress they experience in their lives, working with them to find strategies to manage stress and learn from the accompanying emotions of stress.
