Depending on specific needs, I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities, all incorporating a respectful, strengths-based, person-centred and recovery-oriented approach. My practice is grounded in developmental, trauma-informed and solution-focused therapy within a family systems theoretical model. I frequently call on creative interventions, mindfulness and somatic resources to align your mind / body / spirit connection and consider cultural respect essential to my therapeutic approach.
