My expertise is in complex trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions like career change, loss of a loved one, relationship break ups. I work primarily with somatic, relational and experiential modalities to support clients with their individual needs to explore their needs and patterns, bring about nervous system regulation and heal from trauma. Some of the modalities I have expertise in include Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Processwork Psychotherapy - I find these approaches create the conditions for real, lasting and embodied change.
