I provide sex therapy for women experiencing concerns such as low sexual desire, differences in desire within relationships, difficulty with arousal, sexual shame, discomfort with intimacy, body image concerns, and feeling disconnected from their sexuality.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, sex-positive, and judgment-free. Together, we will explore the emotional, relational, physical, and cultural factors that may be influencing your sexual wellbeing. Sex therapy may include education about desire and arousal, communication and boundary work, mindfulness and body awareness, and practical strategies designed around your individual needs and comfort level.
My goal is to help you better understand your sexuality, feel more confident expressing your needs and boundaries, and develop a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with intimacy, pleasure, and yourself.
