Emma Poxon

Counsellor/Therapist, MA Person-Centred Experiential Counselling
You are not a problem to be fixed, my aim as your therapist is to provide the right conditions to allow you to explore whatever you want to bring to therapy to support your growth. This isn't a therapeutic approach wherein I will set a treatment plan or tell you what to do. We will work together as a partnership rather than me taking away your autonomy. I absolutely love the work I do, it is the biggest privilege being let into people’s personal worlds and seeing the immense growth of my clients. I would love to hear from you!

Mandy Randall-Gavin MBACP, UKATA

Counsellor/Therapist, BA Hons, Dip TA Prac: UKATA
Life can feel hard. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to support clients through challenging situations including grief, loss, abandonment, relationship issues, as well as anxiety and depression. If you're feeling stuck for any reason, I can offer a safe, holding space to listen to you and work with you to gently challenge how you think, feel and behave. I'll work at your pace and may use mindfulness or creative interventions to aid our work together, as well as grounding techniques to turn down any overwhelm or white noise. I also do 2-chair work to help with ways of communicating, as well as processing loss and bereavement.

London, England therapist: Anna Dafna, psychologist
Serving Persons with Disabilities

Anna Dafna

Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work. My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating. Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress. My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation. Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD. Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent. Dereham, England therapist: John Castleford, registered psychotherapist
Serving Persons with Disabilities

John Castleford

Registered Psychotherapist, MA, MIAEB, FRAI
I have been a psychotherapist and mental health coach for many years, and I now specialise almost exclusively in helping those with, or recovering from, cancer. It's a debilitating disease that I have experienced twice, so I know at first hand the effect it can have on the quality of life and particularly how it makes us feel -- either as a reaction to being diagnosed and undergoing treatment, or when in remission as a survivor, the fear of it recurring. I can also help family members and close friends, who often feel helpless bystanders. We have all experienced our feelings dominating what we think, and what we do. But heightened emotions stop us thinking clearly. And that can often lead us to feel out of control. Unlike many therapists, I do not believe that the adverse effect on our thinking and our behaviour from a life-changing event like cancer is a dysfunctional flaw or a disorder that needs treatment. Typical reactions to cancer --anxiety, fear, stress and low mood -- are part of life. Why cancer often triggers is a range of reactions: shock and denial; Shock and denial that it is happening. Coping with fear, anxiety and panic can be difficult, particularly as mood swings may frequently change. Feelings of sadness may range from low moof to extreme depression. Ultimately we know, at a rational level, that we are mortal. But we also have we also have a very strong instinct to survive. We want to live. And enjoy life. Cancer is not the death sentence it once was. I can help you come to terms with the reality as well as the inevitable perceptions that may influence you. And I can help you to flourish, rather than just cope and survive.
