Britney Halversen
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
If you're always the one managing others’ emotions, fixing problems, or trying to be “perfect,” it can keep your relationships from feeling truly mutual. Therapy gives you the space to explore these patterns and begin showing up in a way that’s more honest, balanced, and true to who you are.

When demands keep piling up, chronic stress can begin to affect mood, sleep, focus, and overall well-being. Many people continue pushing through responsibilities while quietly feeling overwhelmed or stretched too thin. A holistic approach is helpful to identifying stressors, how to handle them, and having healthier self-talk and a healthy lifestyle. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery can all be helpful for stress reduction. Coping skills, setting boundaries, saying no, and taking action in practical ways can help people regain control of their life and get stress under control.

You’ve spent years mastering the art of "doing it all," yet underneath the professional success and the polished exterior, you’re feeling the weight of constant anxiety and the quiet exhaustion of putting everyone’s needs above your own. Whether you’re navigating financial anxiety that keep you feeling insecure despite your achievements, or you suspect that your lifelong struggle to keep up is actually a sign of undiagnosed neurodivergence, I’m here to help you find clarity. My practice offers a specialized blend of individual therapy and comprehensive ADHD and autism evaluations tailored specifically for high-achieving women. Together, we’ll move past the people-pleasing and the mental fog to build a life—and a relationship with your finances—that finally feels grounded, authentic, and sustainable.

Aaron Kapin
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, SEP, LMT
There are a lot of ways to look at stress. Here's a way of looking at stress that I find useful:
Stress is what happens when your body builds up energy to handle one or more situations, but ends up rallying more energy than is necessary to handle those situations well. For example, you have to do your taxes? So your body pumps out a bit of cortisol to get you focused enough to take it seriously. Great. But what happens when your body just keeps dumping cortisol till you feel overwhelmed and exhausted? That's stress.
With Somatic Experiencing, we work together to teach your body how to use just enough energy to get the job done, and then let go of that energy once the job is finished. Rally, execute, then rest. Viola, less stress.

Dawnn R. Meiers
Psychologist, Psy.D.
Stress is inevitable. Suffering is not. My approach to stress is informed by research from the fields of behavioral health and lifestyle medicine, as well as the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and so-called "third-wave" cognitive-behavioral models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Let's surf the waves of life stressors together and learn how to stay (mostly) above water.

Dr. Misty Gibson
Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LMHC, LCPC, LPC, CST-S, ACS
I help adults understand how stress affects their relationships, communication, and intimacy. Chronic stress can reduce desire, shorten emotional bandwidth, and make even small relational moments feel tense or overwhelming. Many clients tell me they shut down, snap quickly, or feel disconnected from their bodies when stress rises, which can create confusion or distance in partnerships. In therapy, we look at how your nervous system responds to pressure, how stress patterns formed, and how these reactions shape your relational and sexual dynamics. Together we build regulation skills, increase emotional capacity, and create strategies for communicating needs with clarity and compassion. You learn how to stay connected even during challenging seasons so that intimacy and relationship satisfaction deepen rather than disappear when life gets heavy.
