Therapy Sessions Aaron Kapin Practice Description
I see clients virtually over Simplepractice or in-person in Seattle, WA. I currently have openings on Wednesdays and Thursdays, primarily in the afternoons and evenings. I generally recommend clients come weekly, though some opt for every other week. I encourage you to come as long as you are getting benefits from our work together. If it seems that you're reaching a point of diminishing returns where you've made a lot of progress but it's fading, let me know! We can either adjust our approach to be more directed towards your goals, or it's possible that it's time to 'graduate' (or at least take a break) until a time comes when you'd like to return.
