My expertise is in complex trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions like career change, loss of a loved one, relationship break ups. I work primarily with somatic, relational and experiential modalities to support clients with their individual needs to explore their needs and patterns, bring about nervous system regulation and heal from trauma. Some of the modalities I have expertise in include Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Processwork Psychotherapy - I find these approaches create the conditions for real, lasting and embodied change. Mandurah is a coastal city south of Perth at the mouth of the Peel Estuary, one of Western Australia's fastest-growing cities and a major retirement and lifestyle destination that draws both retirees from Perth and younger families seeking more affordable coastal living, creating a demographically bifurcated community with quite different mental health needs across its population. Peel Health Campus and the state public health system provide mental health services, and a developing private therapy sector serves the growing population, though access to specialist care often requires travel to Perth. The city's rapid growth has outpaced the development of mental health and social service infrastructure, creating a persistent gap between need and availability.
