Hello, I offer a neuro-affirming non-directive therapeutic approach to co-create support and therapy in a way that aligns with your preferences. I am trained and experienced in supporting individuals who identify with a range of autism labels (including non-verbal, 'autistic', and ‘Aspergers’), PDA profiles, and other neurodiversity; and I myself identify as neurodiverse. My toolkit blends creative and integrative therapies, somatic and regulatory practices, and a teaching background (health, mental health, and disability education teaching specialisms). I utilise this skillset to fully tailor my approach to your (or your child’s) preferred communication and engagement style. I have also completed multiple specialist training courses to assist me in working with a trauma-informed, strength-based, person-centred approach.
