My goal as a counselor is to provide a space that feels calm, comfortable, and supportive. In a world that feels like it is running one hundred miles a minute, this therapeutic space is one where you can take a deep breath, slow down, and explore any disconnect you have been feeling from yourself or the world around you. I truly believe that each individual has their own unique story to tell and I consider it the highest honor to listen and walk alongside you. I have a passion for helping teen girls and women meet life's challenges. My work combines a wide variety of new techniques with an assortment of traditional approaches. I consider myself to a be a modern therapist and use humor and sarcasm in my sessions. I guide my clients on a path to self-awareness and mindfulness in order to elicit the desired life changes.
