Feeling trapped in your head and overwhelmed by big emotions Drama therapy could be a good fit for you. Are you or your child looking for therapy that works with your brain, not against it? Whether you’re navigating school, friendships, or independence, therapy can help you build confidence, manage emotions, and feel more at ease being yourself. Newly diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) or have known for a while but haven’t found helpful support. If you’re struggling with shutdowns, communication, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you build confidence, manage energy, and feel calmer in the present moment.

Treatment Approach
- Art Therapy Uses creative activities like drawing, painting, or sculpture as a way to express emotions. It is especially helpful when words are hard to find.
- Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
- Drama Therapy Uses role-play, storytelling, and theater techniques to explore problems and emotions. It helps people practice new ways of relating to others.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
