Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dance / Movement Therapy Uses movement and body awareness to express emotions and improve mental health. It can increase confidence, reduce stress, and support healing.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.

We created this practice with one intention: to offer exceptional, deeply attuned care in a space that feels both warm and clinically grounded.
Each of our clinicians brings a distinct specialty and life experience to the room. Our team includes a trauma-informed yoga and somatic practitioner with over 20 years of experience integrating mind and body healing; a bilingual Hispanic clinician who spent more than a decade working in probation and family rehabilitation, bringing a nuanced understanding of systems, accountability, and generational patterns; and a marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping couples and families rebuild connection, repair trust, and communicate more effectively.
While each therapist has a unique lens, we are united by rigorous training and a shared commitment to evidence-based care. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This allows us to thoughtfully tailor treatment to each individual, couple, or family we serve.
We are not a referral mill. We are an intentionally built group practice. When you reach out, we take care to understand your needs and match you with the clinician who is best suited to support you. From your first contact, our goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Healing happens in relationship. We are here to make sure you find the right one.
